List of functions:
- CreateVehicle: Creates a vehicle in the world. Can be used in place of AddStaticVehicleEx at any time in the script.
- DestroyVehicle: Destroy a vehicle. It will disappear instantly.
- IsVehicleStreamedIn: Checks if a vehicle is streamed in for a player
- GetVehiclePos: Gets the position of a vehicle.
- SetVehiclePos: Set a vehicle's position.
- GetVehicleZAngle: Get the rotation of a vehicle on the Z axis (yaw).
- GetVehicleRotationQuat: Returns a vehicle's rotation on all axes as a quaternion.
- GetVehicleDistanceFromPoint: Calculate the distance (as a float) between a vehicle and another map coordinate.
- SetVehicleZAngle: Set the Z rotation (yaw) of a vehicle.
- SetVehicleParamsForPlayer: Set the parameters of a vehicle for a player.
- ManualVehicleEngineAndLights: Control vehicle engines and lights.
- SetVehicleParamsEx: Sets a vehicle's parameters for all players.
